Sascha loves Capoeria for many reasons, 'Capoeira comes from Brasil (1800's) where African slaves developed a style of fighting that they disguised as a dance as they were forbidden to defend themselves in any way. The art form, traditions, history, music, the martial arts and spirituality involved are beautiful and amazing. As an actor the physicality and spiritual aspects are definitely strengths that I can use and call upon.'
