At the moment I'm working on my new webseries called NINJA GIRL PAYBACK which is based on the character Bree, a rejected superhero from the Superhero Factory for being too angry, too violent and too stressed. Now seeking revenge, she looks for ways to release her fiery rage.

Some great news has happened this week.. Lost in LA (for those new reading my blog, Lost in LA is a web series that I wrote, produced directed and acted in) has been launched on a new platform called Fullscreen. One of the best days of my life :) Thank you to everybody who has supported me especially my loving partner Johnny Romeo. This is my graduation for my degree which happened on Friday! Bachelor of Theatre and Performance at University of New England on April 22nd 2016 :) It was such a great day, it honestly started to sink in that I finally earned a degree after years of hard work, sweat, blood and tears. The ceremony was full of so much atmosphere, a live band - a magic flute player and a beautiful march. It was a scorching hot day, however the sun made my blue dress stand out and made for some really nice photos.

Hey Guys! Happy Halloween! I got this Skeleton costume and I decided to make a dance vid.. It was rather spontaneous.. Although I have been inspired during the year by a philosopher named Carl Jung and when I got this costume I thought I could integrate some ideas with this year's Halloween theme. Carl Jung had a really cool theory about the 'shadow self' - he said that "Everyone carries a shadow," "and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is" (Jung). When I started researching it, I became fascinated with the idea of the shadow and one's darkness wanting to creep its way out. So this video plays with the idea of the Shadow Self haunting the conscious self - and how the shadow self wishes to fight its way back into the light.. Meaning, that the darker elements about our personality are not meant to be surpressed/judged rather they wish to be surfaced in creative forms which can help us be more whole. Living in Denim

Check out my new look, I have been living in denim overalls lately, white sneakers and flannel. I got these babies from Sportsgirl.. Sorry for the absence too btw.. I have been a little caught up juggling a degree, acting and directing.. LOST IN LA WON THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD @ MELBOURNE WEB FEST!

Wohooo!!!!! LOST IN LA won the People's Choice Award @ MELBOURNE WEB FEST!!! And it's all because of you!! Thank you soooooomuch for voting for us!! That's me in the pics at the Gala awards night with the award in my hand!!! The second photo I am pictured with Michael Ajakwe who is the founder of LA WEB FEST where Lost in LA won the Grand Jury Award this year. The third photo is with the Melbourne Web fest director Steinar Ellingsen and the fourth photo I am pictured with 'Gettin Down' who also won the Grand Jury Award @ LA Webfest this year - they also won the Diversity Award @ Melbourne Web fest! The last photo is @ La Trobe university where I attended the fabulous film making workshops held by Melbourne Web fest! I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this fabulous experience! It was so great getting out of my comfort zone and meeting other creators. I got so many tips on how to make a web series. It was incredible how many amazing people there were and not to mention the fabulous opportunities I got to network with some of the best web series creators in the world :)   Thank you so much Melbourne web fest for this AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

LOST IN LA SEASON 1 & 2 New Trailer!

Hey guys! Welcome back! Gosh.. I've just been so busy with perparations for the Melbourne Web Fest and have been working really hard on getting votes for the People's Choice Award! Thanks so much to those who voted, hopefully in the next few days we can keep rallying for more votes, be sure to tell your friends about the poll - vote for Lost in LA under comedy.
Now here's Some other stuff I have been working on - while getting all the promo material together for Indieflix, I realised I couldn't give them a kick ass trailer to promote series 1 & 2 with - so the last couple days I have been working on that and here it is! Again, it was so difficult to make decisions on what to put in in such a small amount of time. But despite the challenge I'm really happy with my efforts and how the trailer turned out. BRINGING BACK NORMA JEAN

Hey guys! Welcome back to my blog. I'm soooooo excited to be sharing the next episode of Lost in LA with you.. It did take me some time to edit it all together,, and I am quite the perfectionist..!! I am never happy.. Ha ha.. A trait sometimes that can get in the way.. So I told myself I just have to release it!! So today is the day! I hope you enjoy it :) .. My inspiration behind writing this epsiode: Marilyn Monroe has always been such an important figure in my life.. I find her quite fascinating.. She was a woman and an actress in the 1950's who shocked the world with her sexuality because she was so comfortable with it. This might not be such a big deal now... but the 1950's was really 'conservative America' so her drive, ambition and integrity to be herself has always inspired me. Also, I love a good seance!!! Katie Oliver and Kirstie Munoz are two really good friends of mine in real life and they are sooooo funny and down to earth which is very rare in Hollywoodland! They are so talented and responded to the material like a duck to water - they brought their own interpretations and added ideas and they put together this AMAZING set which I don't think could have been done better by any set designer.. So shout at to them for this :) Also, fun fact: we shot this all on a tripod with no camera man! I wouldn't recommend doing this, however due to availability panning out we had no choice.. I still think it turned out great. I love the witch theme in this episode and the comedy/wit that Marilyn brings to the sexual questions.. I thought it was really on point and hopefully if Marilyn was around that day she would have given us a wink!! Thanks for reading my blog and I appreciate all your support.
